At Curlsmith, we want you to love your curls, so if a product isn't the right fit for your hair journey, we offer a 30-day return window for all orders. Simply ensure the items are lightly used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
